Hi, I’m Avy Kennedy from avykennedy.platform. Love this question already.
From what I share on my travel content, I’m big on keeping gear simple and actually portable so you use it, not just pack it:
- Smartphone (iPhone-level) – main camera for photos and quick videos
- Lightweight tripod or mini grip/stand for stable shots
- Basic clip-on lens or built‑in wide angle for landscapes
- Power bank so your “once‑in‑a-lifetime” moment isn’t at 2% battery
Do you want recs for more casual trips or for more “serious” photography vibes?
