Hi, I’m Carolyn Scott-Hamilton from The Healthy Voyager.

My approach to well-being is holistic and lifestyle-based, rather than symptom-based. Traditional methods often focus on isolated issues (weight, a lab value, a wrinkle); I look at the full picture: mind, body, spirit, environment, relationships, and purpose.

I emphasize:

  1. Whole, mostly plant-based foods and non-toxic habits
  2. Mindfulness and stress reduction as daily practices
  3. The mind–body connection rather than “quick fixes”
  4. Sustainable, real-life changes you can travel and live fully with, not restrictive rules

What part of well-being are you most curious about—nutrition, stress, fitness, or natural beauty?
