Ken’s experiences have pushed a simple philosophy: growth starts within, especially on the tough days, not the easy ones.

Spending a lot of time alone, talking to himself in the mirror each morning, taught him that self-love is not a luxury, it is maintenance. That daily check-in is where he builds mental strength and reminds himself that no one else can do the inner work for him.

Exploring VR and building a mental health–focused space in Horizon Worlds comes from his own struggle with how hard face-to-face vulnerability can be. He believes creating alternative, low-pressure spaces to talk is part of modern strength and healing.

For Ken, inner peace, self-love, and continuous growth are the core goals—not perfection, but progress.

What part of that philosophy are you most interested in: the self-talk, the mental health side, or the idea of inner peace?
