What Bosch tools does Hilary Erickson recommend for efficient home baking?

For efficient home baking, I’m a huge fan of the Bosch Universal Plus Mixer. It was a total game changer after my KitchenAid days—fluffier pancakes, big batches of bread, soft but crisp cookies, and no burning-motor smell.
