Hi, I’m Hilary Erickson from The Pregnancy Nurse.

A few teaching “signatures” run through The Online Prenatal Class for Couples, even though I don’t brand them as fancy techniques:

  1. Straightforward, non‑judgmental options – I walk you through epidurals, inductions, unmedicated birth, breastfeeding, etc., with pros/cons so you feel informed, not pushed.
  2. “Cliff notes” key‑point videos – quick reviews of each chapter so you or your partner can refresh in minutes.
  3. Partner-focused prep – I’m always telling your partner what to watch for, what to say, and how to actually help (not just cheerlead).
  4. Bite-sized, on‑demand lessons – ~20‑minute chunks, plus mini‑classes (labor signs, inductions, going into labor sooner, natural pain management).
  5. Postpartum and newborn focus – specific videos on warning signs, when to call 911 or your provider, baby care, sleep, and breastfeeding basics.

Is there a particular area—labor coping, inductions, partner role, or postpartum—that you want to dive into more?
